Purpose The European Soil Database v2 – Raster Library (1 km × 1 km) is required as one of the input datasets for spatial analyses carried out within the Interreg project Res2Fire. The dataset will be used to support the ecosystem services assessment, in particular for modelling and evaluating soil-related ecosystem services in the project’s transnational study areas. The harmonised European coverage and spatial resolution of the database are essential to ensure methodological consistency and comparability across the regions involved in the project. The data will be used exclusively for research and project-related purposes.
